Jenny Duncan with Duncan Real Estate was referred to me by a good friend.

So I reached out to Jenny and she met me in my home that same week and boy she was prepared. She did her homework that included bringing a Comparative Market Analysis, a Summary of Comparable properties and various other types of information. What I loved the most was the Seller’s estimated net sheet. This gave me several scenarios of the sell price minus the fees, taxes and commission and what the estimated net would be.

Needless to say, it took about 45 minutes, at our first visit, to know I wanted Jenny to be my realtor and have no regrets. She and her team guided me every step of the way and I found it easy to trust in her guidance because they are a people of integrity.
